We used Triumph for a MAJOR reconstruction of our home on Walloon Lake. Half of the house was torn down and was rebuilt while the other half is underwent a major remodel. The process to find a suitable builder was difficult. We wasted 18 months with multiple contractors that over-promised and under-delivered. We finally found Triumph Custom Homes in June 2017 and almost immediately knew they understood our vision for the property.
Our goal was to start demolition in early September 2017 and complete the project by August 2018. We chose N.J. White Associates as the architects. The Triumph team worked closely and tirelessly with them to develop and implement very aggressive reconstruction plans to get started on time.
We had onsite meetings with Triumph every 3-4 weeks throughout the process. They answered our questions, implemented our choices, stayed on budget and most impressively, somehow kept the project ahead of schedule. This could only be accomplished because of the mutual respect and close working relationship they have with their subcontractors. We received several positive comments that the Triumph team is fantastic to work for and delivers on their promises made to subcontractors.
